I had an amazing experience at Aromas del Perú! The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. What truly stood out was Diego, the bartender, who gave us such a delightful and memorable experience. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. The cocktails were absolutely delicious—each one perfectly crafted, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. You can really tell he puts care into every detail. Sitting at the bar and watching him work made the night even more special. I would highly recommend asking Diego for his suggestions—you’re in for a treat

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to poor service. The waitress was not attentive, despite the restaurant not being busy. I asked for the Wi-Fi because I was working on my laptop, and she either ignored me or took an excessive amount of time to provide it. I eventually had to leave my table and ask another server. She did not check on me during the meal. I had to request salt from a different server. In addition, she never reminded me to validate my parking ticket. Since it was my first time there, I was unaware of this requirement and was charged $15 when exiting. This is an appealing restaurant with decent Peruvian food, but the service was significantly lacking and disappointing. When I go to a restaurant, I expect to feel taken care of, even in the small details, and unfortunately this establishment failed in that regard. Given the prices, much better service is warranted. I strongly recommend being very attentive about parking validation, as they do not remind customers.

This is Pompano Beach’s hidden gem. Imagine authentic Peruvian cuisine paired with amazing staff — especially Fernando and the restaurant manager — who make every visit feel special. Everyone is incredibly attentive, and the food is truly to die for. We’ve been here a couple of times, trying different items from the menu, and it never fails to amaze us. Every dish is exceptional. Dare I say, if I were a Michelin star reviewer, they’d be earning the highest remarks ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aromas de Peru is visually stunning with a chic bar, but the experience didn't match the aesthetic. The acoustics are very loud, making it difficult to hear, and the food was mediocre at best. Specifically, the steak was bland and lacked any real taste, and the “special” bubbly sangria was okay. Service felt like a constant sales pitch. We were brought bottled water after asking for tap and were pressured for appetizers two separate times after already declining. Our waitress said she would bring chimichurri for the steak, only to tell us they don’t even carry it after the food arrived. Even at under $200 for two, I expected a much better experience and higher-quality food.

Went here for Valentines Day but the Friday night before. This place gets pretty packed. It's nice and cozy on the inside but comfortable and ambience is great. The service was attentive, informative, and super effecient. The appetizers came out rather quickly. The drinks right away also. Got an old fashioned & wifey got the spicy mama. For the apps got pulpo a la parilla & ceviche clasico. Both had amazing presentation and the flavors were top tier. For the main course wifey got arroz con mariscos and I got the stew lamb. The portions for everything were plentiful so we got full and had to take half home. The food was really good, service was A1. Would definitely love to go back. There are so many different dishes that would love to try. Btw parking is in same building in a garage. You get it validated so it's free, great perk for that area.
