She gives you what she feels like making because she don’t wanna move. This location is not busy enough for her to be treating customers the way she treats them.

- SCSamantha CabotJan 23, 20261.0This new Dunkin is pretty pathetic, I was excited to see that there was going to be a Dunkin on my way to work. Every time I have come to this Dunkin, they tell me to back up from the window about 5 feet. They have a timer on the inside that gets activated when you pull up so if they’re going slow, their managers can see. I told one of the girls some people are in a rush to work and don’t have time to back up. I find this super inconvenient as a customer. I should not have to back up, maybe just make the food faster and stop messing around. I ordered loaded hashbrowns, and a sweet tea, I don’t think that should need me to back up. It takes two seconds.
