  The worst service I have ever had. First of all, I asked for a medium hot latte, and she started talking about the machine not working, then she started giving me attitude. I will never visit Dunkin again.

  If you are going to Dunkin avoid this one at all cost and go to the one at 1405 powerline rd right down the road instead they are much more polite and service you with a smile. I visited this location that has both registers side by side when I came in I stood in front of the “closed” register and the employees never greeted me or so much as directed any attention to me. 2 people came in after me and a gentleman took their orders before mine and again didn’t even acknowledge me, I asked am i going to have to wait another 20 minutes to place my order to which a female staff member barked back that register is closed you’re standing at a closed register so he can’t take your order as if the registers aren’t 12 inches and 1 step to the left away from each other. The male takes my order not super difficult now a 6 dollar bagel meal deal with a hazelnut iced coffee when he hands me the receipt he placed everything individually and what should’ve cost me $6 cost me $10 but I let it be because I already knew the service wasn’t worth my frustration. I wait on the pickup side and the woman preparing the food hands me a wrap… I tell her I didn’t order a wrap her response was well I made you a wrap. It took at least three times of me saying Ma’am I paid for a bagel not a wrap I don’t want it for her to finally take the bag back and give me the bagel I originally paid for and she did it in such a poor way just slapped everything together and chucked it back in the bag not to mention the coffee had no flavoring and a mountain of sugar sitting on the bottom unstirred. Overall poor customer service poor food quality poor everything not one positive thing to say.

  I almost threw up walking inside of their bathroom. There’s trash everywhere poop all over the seat. It was horrible probably the worst public restroom I’ve ever seen.
