  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I requested a double portion of carnitas and, when I politely asked to confirm, the employee responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “I’m still serving.” This kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I have continued to visit this place only because of its proximity to my workplace, but the food quality has been inconsistent, and this interaction was the final straw. Poor service combined with inconsistent food makes this location difficult to recommend. Management should seriously address both customer service standards and quality control. I will not be returning.

  This is one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to. Clean, happy employees, and the bowls are great.

  The dining room needed cleaning. Not one table was clean. It’s a large dining room for a chipotle and we had to clean our own table. When we mentioned it when we left they said, out of eight people standing there grouped up that there wasn’t anybody that could do it. For a new location they should do better. Probably won’t go back. Is this a franchise, if so where are your responses to all of these complaints?

  This is the worst chipotle I have been to. I didn’t receive proper assistance during my entire time being assisted. I was polite and even waited. I completely lack interest of my meal AFTER I paid and had the staff member walk away and not even bag my food. Another staff member came accused me of not paying after crumpling up my receipt . I showed my Apple Pay transaction and was still was told to pay again stating my transaction never even existed. I tried to tell him my receipt is the one he immediately crumpled up without hesitation but he tried to lie and say the receipt system prints it prior to payment which does not make sense. I was patient and let him try to find the transaction he was rude and accusing until he realized he didn’t even ask what I received to know my exact charge. He did not apologize for his mistake at all. I was so disgusted I requested a refund and left upset and disappointed because this is another bad experience at this establishment. Will not attempt to return because I am 100% sure my service will be subpar.
