Lakeland BBQ Company / Polk City BBQ Company was born out of the desire to bring competition quality BBQ to your plate each and every day. Pitmaster Joel has been in the restaurant and catering business for the past 15+ years and has a passion for BBQ. He has competed in both FBA and KCBS Professional BBQ competitions. Good Buddies Competition BBQ team finished 4th overall in Florida BBQ in the 2015 season achieving two Grand Champions, 2 Reserve Grand Champions, 3rd Overall in Chicken, 3rd Overall in Pork and 5th Overall in Brisket. In addition, opened the Lakeland BBQ Company, LLC brand in 2015.
We offer fresh made BBQ Daily in house as well as many catering options for the Central Florida area. Corporate to Weddings we cater it all!
