They kept saying our ordered had been delivered through the APP and when we called them but the pizza was never delivered. The second time that we called they said the driver was five minutes away we asked why that was told to us the in the previous call and they didn’t respond to it just said that they will be here in five minutes. We wanted the five minutes and no one came to the door to deliver the pizza. Each time we call we wait at least five minutes for someone to answer the call. The customer service is awful and we will never be using them again. If you want a pizza it is best to just order through DoorDash even though it is more expensive.
