We have been stopping at this Arby's for years when we traveling in our motorhome, it is always clean, employees are pleasant and friendly and the food is GREAT!! The food is always hot and fresh and ready in record time. Not sure how they do it, we have never seen another fast food restaurant that works this efficiently and consistently.

Always has to be one person who ruins it for all! To the lady who was working front counter Thursday night around 12:30 am. Not sure if you were having a bad night, but there is absolutely no need for dirty looks and attitude while a customer is ordering. There is no need for all the drama over a substitution, if you can't substitute.. simply say I am not allowed to substitute anymore. I'm on break and dont need a whole 5 minute lecture full of attitude about how your sandwich is already $7 plus alone and the box has the sandwich plus more in it, so you're already losing money on the deal! I didn't ask you that, and your customers also didn't ask for Arbys to offer the deal! You aren't professional at all, I walked out and took my money right down the road where it is respected and appreciated. You lose customers when you don't talk respectfully to them. If you were just having a bad night, you should have just stayed home or took a break, Arbys customers are not your personal punching bag for verbal abuse. You may be in the wrong field of work! Its fast food.. but man is the future taking its toll. Its no longer convenient and easy. I can't be the only one that thinks over 10$ is getting crazy

I love Arby's, love their food and options, price is pretty on par with most place these days. This location got busy fast but got the food out fast too. They got my sandwich wrong, no big deal, just go in ask them to fix it. My husband and I worked and managed restaurants, mistakes happen, but today was a reminder for why line cooks usually stick to being in the back. If a customer comes to you with a food quality issue, its easy to fix, you do a refire and get the item out to the guest. You do not demand what is wrong with the sandwich in front of the guest, you're liable to bring out the former restaurant manager in the person such as my husband. So minus one star for the line cook's guest management skills and 4 stars for making me laugh so hard that my husband didn't miss a beat like he's managing a cooking line.
