We walked in to ask if we can get a new one and the manager of the facility crumbled up the previous sandwich and yelled very rudely at her employees. Very disappointed in the management, the employees don’t deserve to be treated that way.
- JJJustine J.Dec 24, 20251.0They never get the ice coffee right. Even when you’ve ordered 1 or 2 additional espresso shots, the drink will always look light and basically just milk. I’ve had to put 3 additional espresso shots on a latte (which should already come with 2 espresso shots) and a dunkalatte (which should have an espresso and a coffee milk). My drink should not be looking super light. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. At this point it’s just wasting money.
