- OMOne Millionaire3 days ago1.0I recently placed an order with Papa John’s, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I immediately contacted the store to have the issue resolved. A representative named Daisy Robinson answered the phone, and instead of helping, the situation got worse. She told me I would need to pay an additional $7 delivery fee to correct their mistake. Then she claimed that they don’t deliver to my address at all—which didn’t make sense because I’ve successfully received delivery from this same location before. When I explained that I’ve had deliveries from them in the past, she raised her voice and insisted I was not in their system and that what I was saying wasn’t true. I let her know I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, she hung up on me. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Not only was my order wrong, but the customer service I received when trying to fix it was unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected a simple resolution, but instead I was met with poor communication and no accountability.
