  Dear district manager of Panera davie location 3 or 4 week ago I posted a review regarding the services at your davie’ location. I learned that the general manager which name is Brooks was looking for me, to talk to me about it. I don’t reckon if I customer post a review the general manager has to speak to the customer. If this is the case, Mrs Brooks picks on me or single me out because your davie location has very bad reviews. Moreover, I learned that she was angry and irritated asking people if they have seen me. Due to that, after many years being sip’ club member, I decided to nix it because if I go there and she sees me I don’t know how her reaction will be. Also I don’t reckon I am safe going there. Mrs district manager does something because I am not the first and I will not be the last one posting bad reviews and the review was the truth. The problem with Mrs Brooks is that she hates the truth, she doesn’t like the truth and more importantly she harass people. Who does she think she is? Is she right? I hope you can look into that. Meanwhile, I would not go to that location nor any location of Panera. Also I deleted my account as well. Regard Past loyal customer

  This place is one of my favorite spots. I meet up here with my church Women's Group and we love the food, the workers, and the atmosphere.

  There is no service. They don't want to talk to people. They want you to use the kiosk. I order on the app. I have several friends who will not visit this Panera. Badly understaffed. No issue with food.
