  Really good authentic Cuban food, good drink selection-some very interesting selections, the service was pretty good, and the outside patio was lovely with music playing and for people watching.

  I DESPISE the ai assistant. I DESPISE being forced to order online when your system won’t allow me to sub out the aioli. You clearly don’t want a customer like me who just wants to place an order over the phone. I enjoyed eating at Padrinos for over 20 years but this is exactly how you get customers like me to go anywhere else. Get rid of the ai. None of your customers want this. None.

  Drove 30 miles and we’re celebrating my mother in laws 94th birthday. We paid the check and my sister in law was still drinking her cafecito. Waiter came to our table and told us one of the hostess’ told him to tell us we needed to leave because they needed the table for other pending reservations. We were kicked out. I have never been so appalled. There were empty tables around us. When we addressed the matter with the three young ladies at the hostess stand, they stared at us like a dear on headlights. Not even an apology was offered. When we made it to our car the waiting area was already empty. Would you return to a restaurant if this happened to you?

  Fake Cuban food at its finest. 17.50 for a Cuban sandwich. That might work on people that are not traditionally, Cuban or don’t know about Cuban dishes. But for a Cuban American this place lacks true Cuban favor. I had the vaca frita and it did not taste like anything. Also they serve a so called Cuban salsa dip (never heard of this) that’s just cold beans with pico de gallo. So disgusting! Honestly it’s sad that people are really calling this Cuban food.

  We made reservations for today, March 15 At 1:45 they sat us down table for two table 41. We sat there for 20 minutes while watching two other tables sit down and waiters, taking care of them. They didn’t even acknowledge us not even offer us a glass of water. not even a hello, my name is so-and-so. I’ll be your waiter for today.Finally, my wife called the hostess. She walked over to us and asked , the waiter hasn’t seen you yet? I guess my money is not good as everybody else’s money. dessert was fabulous. We ordered the Keylime and some coffee. We ordered the paella which was so so! ,not a great dining experience. We’ll never go back. the waiter that took care of us that was on another section took care of the meal and the dessert ,while the waiter that was supposed to be on our table took care of us at the very end I wanted to give the other waiter a tip because he deserved it, but he told us that he couldn’t because he was handling other tables. Long story short if you come in for two people probably you won’t get any attention but if you come in for 10+ people, you’ll probably have two or three waiters helping you out. Have a good night .
