  The girl at the front who took my order today 3/5/2026 was lifeless. She spoke so low I couldn’t hear anything. she looked miserable. She didn’t smile not once she had an attitude and she looked like she didn’t like her job at all. I don’t understand why people look so miserable at work if that’s the case go work somewhere else it literally made me want to walk out. She’s seemed like a robot working the register. Wingstop do better at hiring people that at least greet the customer when they walk in and have a decent attitude. I really wish I would’ve got her name But honestly, I was just trying to get out her Face as soon as I could because bad energy is definitely transferable and I was not trying to catch that.

  I had a terrible experience here because of their cook named Logan. I brought my food back politely after realizing the chicken was old. Every bite had a noticeable odor, so I asked for it to be remade. When the new wings were ready, I tried one before leaving and simply requested a refund instead because I was no longer comfortable eating there. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Logan began cursing, arguing, and loudly talking about me in the back where I and other customers could clearly hear him. He even told me I should go home and cook my own food. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the restaurant industry, especially toward a paying customer who calmly expressed a concern about food quality. To make matters worse, he tried to send more wings to the front as if he were doing me a favor, even after I clearly stated I only wanted a refund. The situation turned into an unnecessary back-and-forth while the manager repeatedly told him to be quiet, but he continued being argumentative, disrespecting her and disrespecting me. Customers deserve fresh food, basic respect, and professional service. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three. I’m sharing this so others are aware of the treatment and atmosphere inside this store . I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff, because no customer should have to deal with this.

  I placed my order online. I walked in, was greeted kindly by all who were working, and in unison. Put that other chicken place with only boneless meat to shame. The time I was quoted online was met with pipping hot food. I don’t often even eat meat anymore, but the atmosphere alone on a Sunday afternoon made me feel like I wanna come back.

  Orders are constantly wrong and I never call up to complain today order 30 tenders 5 were a flavor that we will not eat locations wants me to drive back with 5 tenders to get a credit for the future. Terrible customer service we use this location three times a month no logic here.
