    In store at 1:07 pm, tables not keen, ketchup out, bathroom with no TP or towels, floors not swept, overall very dirty store. I will not return to this location

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location today. My two daughters and I waited in line for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually the cook had to go to the back and ask an employee to come take our order. The employee who came to the register was a young lady with glasses. From the moment she walked up she appeared visibly annoyed and gave us an unfriendly look while taking our order. After ordering we waited about 25 minutes for our food only to find out that our ticket was never even sent to the kitchen. When we asked about our order the same employee began laughing. It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful especially considering how long we had already been waiting. When we finally received our food the order was incorrect. One of the burgers was made as a lettuce wrap instead of a regular burger. At that point I was so embarrassed and humiliated by the entire situation that I started crying in front of my daughters and the rest of the restaurant. Mistakes happen but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse. When customers have already been waiting a long time and something goes wrong the appropriate response should be a sincere apology and an effort to make it right, not laughter. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location because the experience today was extremely upsetting.

    High-energy customer service oriented place. Awesome ordering experience. My only gripe would be that the patties were a bit plain tasting, but salt and pepper can help to fix that. Will definitely return.

    I haven’t been to a five guys in awhile, and honestly the food was great and the service was overall pretty good. I took my family with me and they enjoyed the food as well. But the only thing I was disappointed in was the music… It happened to be a tad to loud and with that the music was very easy to hear. The music that was being played was very explicit and NOT family friendly… We ended up leaving earlier then we had liked… I would probably just come back with my wife next time and will not be bringing my kids.

    When my daughter and I walked in there was one person in front of us they finished there order and we went up to the register the guy behind the counter ignored us for about 5 min just half turned talking to the other employees keep in mind we can hear them so I know it's not work related! When he does finally speak to us we have to keep repeating what we want because he is still talking not paying attention to us when I was finished with the order I said everything one more time to make sure he had it right he just smiled at me and said yes mam that's what I have it will be $59 whatever! I'm so aggravated at this point I don't even say anything about the price I get the receipt look at what was ordered and yes it was wrong an extra French fry was rang in and the regular size cheeseburgers instead of the small like we asked for I go back up to the counter to try and tell the cashier they rang me up for the wrong thing at this point there is a couple of people in line and a couple different people waiting on there food a little busy I waited for 15 min to talk to someone trying to get someone's attention the whole time and not once did a single employee acknowledge me so I take the food I didn't actually order and leave the store my daughter and I go home to eat our $60 burgers! From a fast food place! That is supposed to be very good right?! Oh this is our first time ever going to 5 Guys by the way. When we get home and unwrap the food it's horrible everything except the milkshake! The French fries are undercooked and soaked drenched in grease the burgers look like they were dipped in a bucket of grease then wrapped up tight buns were soggy and dripping with grease I really couldn't believe how incredibly awful everything was I have pictures I'm going to try and post them sometimes it doesn't want to let me...
