- KMKhalid MaxwellDec 23, 20255.0My first impression of the store as I walked in was a very good one due to the restaurant being so clean and organized. I was greeted by a very upbeat and super friendly manager, I think her name was Nancy by the way she was amazing! Being that this was my first time there she took her time and walked me through the menu to find something I would like. Once I found something I would like she then prepared my sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was delicious but the coffee was out of this world. I have never gone anywhere else who has made my coffee as good as she did. It was so good I finished it before my sandwich and went to get another one. Due to the staff and the managers upbeat attitude, how clean the store was and how delicious everything was Einsteins will be my new favorite breakfast spot.

I already paid for food online and when I came in, my food was not ready and they told me they were out the bagel that comes with the sandwich. Fine, I asked for them to change it. However the employee was very rude. I won’t be ordering from here again.

They gave me the my bagel with the tiniest scoop of peanut butter in a container. I asked if they could put it on the bagel and add more. I was told no because someone has allergies to peanut butter. I then asked for more peanut butter and was told I would have to be charged extra. Some of the staff caught an attitude. Very unprofessional and seemed to not even care or provide a solution. Smh… iv been to every einstein’s in Broward County and this is the only one that has done this. Hopefully the regional manager can talk some sense into the staff and manager. How is the customer inconvenienced due to “someone” else allergies. Terrible, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
