Instead of giving me attitude, she kindly changed my coffee from cold to hot and maybe to some it’s not a big deal but this is how i start my day! I order 2 hashbrowns a bagel with chive cream cheese but most importantly dog bagels. I have 3 golden retriever service dogs that love them which is the whole reason for the visit. When getting home with the order I didn’t have the dog bagels or hashbrowns. The location isn’t exactly close. I had some very upset pups and my daughter’s sandwich was made with old not fresh vegetables. When I called the location the manager said I had to come back for the missing items. When I got to the location an hour later Shania the manager couldn’t have been nastier. She was yelling at me saying she gave me the items and I should have ordered something else the sandwich wasn’t good. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life. I paid for the items I did not need to be screamed at. I would advise to proceed with caution or avoid this location. They are rude and disrespectful to customers.
