  Terrible the lady that was taking our order was so rude and unpleasant I almost walked out she acted like we were bothering her and the food was so dried up and the containers were empty. She didn't even want to replace stuff unless it was empty she was going to the online side in order to complete ppls order never again.

  Over all, the food hits the spot, the service is focused, and food is delivered in a timely manner... My only 🐄 (beef) is the tables and eating area could be swipe down more often. Grunge in a restaurant is noticeable and a turn off, 4REAL 👎 no matter how tasty the food....

  I've been coming for quite sometime to this location I could say they have had a change of management let's just say you can tell the difference as a worker in the customer service industry not agreeing with the customer is always right you have to consider caring to the customer somehow first the service was not to my need but to they're portion were put as the spoon not spread out on the salad after I told him they way of how I would've wanted no attention was giving. I get it is a fast paste but not a fast food restaurant therefore the care mention before I asked for something that is not in the front and that I always ask at almost all the prior chipotles including this one and I even mentioned to them the reason why I wanted and how they can give it to me they told no and I get it but throwing that the manager would've say no and then making fun of me or mocking me that I don't tolerate because I asked nicely this might be look as a complaint but I see it as constructive criticism again been in the same or close industry...

  I always come to this Chipotle, but it seems like they changed the manager because it keeps getting worse every time. Today I came and was really disappointed — I won’t be coming back. The chicken was salty, the employees had terrible attitudes, and when I asked for lemon and cilantro (which I always get since I eat here 3–4 times a week), they said they couldn’t give it to me. They didn’t even have green salsa or pico de gallo. Instead of improving, this location just gets worse, with smaller portions and food that’s served so carelessly it doesn’t even look appetizing 🤮

  If I could give this place zero stars I would I wish I would have looked at the young lady’s name tag this place is dirty and horrible and a bunch of young kids working here they had dirty rags around the food I ordered a steak bowl the girl gave me a jumbo scoop of rice that wasn’t cooked all the way the rice was crunchy the steak was not cooked she basically gave me no more than 6 pieces of steak she spreaded it out like it was a lot the place is filthy ,trash on the tables no one to clean them they need to be reported to bbb she’s the shortest girl there who wears a hat with her hair on bun
