I had such an amazing experience thanks to Zeck! From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond. He patiently walked me through the menu and made great recommendations, all while keeping such a positive and friendly attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. My order was perfect, and his customer service made the entire visit that much better. In a time where great service is hard to come by, Zeck was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making my day CAVA is lucky to have you!
Highly recommend asking for Zeck if you want a top-tier experience!
Food was okay, I felt the chicken was dry but the sides, rice and pita chips were good. The employees were rushing with my order, I was trying to ask them to add more sides but they were rushing and didn't put the correct side. I didn't feel like saying anything because the employees just look unhappy and miserable. At the end when they were putting the lid on my bowl the worker smushed it and made my food into a mess.

I visited your restaurant today, and frankly, it was unbearably cold inside—so much so that it was practically inhumane. It was impossible to stand in line or even eat comfortably because of how freezing it was. On top of that, while I was waiting in line, I noticed three staff members working in the kitchen without any gloves, which is completely unhygienic and violates basic sanitary standards. I’m pointing this out in the hope that the owners take notice and fix these issues. As it stands, I can’t recommend the place under such conditions.
I stopped by the CAVA in Plantation and was blown away by how fresh everything tasted. The staff was super friendly and patient while I built my bowl. The GM Kira even gave me great suggestions for sauce combinations. The ingredients were vibrant and perfectly seasoned, and the pita was warm and fluffy.
The restaurant itself was spotless, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere and quick service even during the lunch rush. It’s the perfect spot for a healthy, flavorful meal that doesn’t feel like “fast food.”
Highly recommend the Harissa Honey Chicken bowl with crazy feta and tzatziki (its my favorite) it’s a flavor explosion! I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone was awesome down to the cashier Lee. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Today I had a terrible experience at Cava Restaurant.
From the moment I arrived and said “Hi,” the person at the front said, “Give me a second.” I smiled and replied, “No worries, take your time,” but the person answered back aggressively, saying something like, “It’s not that I’m taking my time, it’s that I have to hurry,” or something along those lines.
After that, another person took my order. I was on the phone with my mom, who couldn’t leave the house, and I was ordering for her as well. It took me a bit longer than usual because of that, and even though the person helping me wasn’t openly rude, they had a very serious expression the entire time, which made me feel pressured.
What I wanted — the steak — wasn’t available at that moment, so I had to wait for the person behind the counter to cut and bring out more steak. While I was waiting, my husband was placing his order, and another customer passed in front of us and told the cashier, “Thanks for letting me go first, because she was already stressing me out.” The cashier replied, “Well, this is what I have to deal with every day.”
The whole atmosphere felt very disrespectful, with a clear lack of customer service. Everyone seemed rude, and I felt pressured to make quick decisions, even though this was my first time visiting this restaurant. I didn’t know the menu well and was just trying to build my own shawarma bowl.
I honestly wouldn’t come back if the service continues to be like this, and I plan to call tomorrow to speak with the manager about what happened. I’m not the kind of person who usually leaves bad reviews — I rarely leave reviews at all — but I found the behavior of the staff very disrespectful.
I consider myself a very nice and patient person, and I’ve worked in the food industry for many years, so I understand the stress that comes with the job. However, I don’t think being on a video call to help someone who can’t leave the house to place their order should have led to me being treated this way.
