- ACAbner Cruz1 day ago1.0Awful experience! Arrived at around 9:10 pm with my wife to their Broward mall location, and customer service felt very inattentive and unwelcoming. We waited for 15-20 minutes and no waiter took our order or offered us water and bread (even though the restaurant was not full). The worst part was that waiters took care of other groups that came 5-10 minutes later than us (even placed some groups next to us while ignoring our existence). We left and will not be coming back any time soon. Dining experiences are not just “good food”, they are supported by quality service which this restaurant clearly lacked.

Remember’s what some likes and does not, then makes wonderful suggestions. That’s really impressive and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. I think service is number one when we choose to eat for our family or our business. You can have good food, but you need great service with it and this has it. I would highly suggest the vodka pasta. We do like the lobster Bisque. If you have a picky eater get the spaghetti Bolognese. I personally love the Limoncello drink they have, Happy hour prices are better for this drink. Tiramisu is wonderful, my son prefers the bread pudding they have. When we arrive back into Fort Lauderdale/Plantation, we look forward to going here.
