  Dee the bartender is the essence of customer experience. I have worked in the service industry for 20+ years and would hire Dee to work anywhere for me. She remembers our names, our drink order, our family. She anticipates our needs and always provides 5-star service. What an incredible human. Bone Fish is lucky to have such a kind, compassionate, caring team member.

  I came in and sat at the bar with Dee as my bartender. She was exceptional! While seated, she had several regulars come in and knew each of their usual orders without prompting or hesitation. It is clear that Dee develops a relationship with patrons. In fact, Dee is so good that patrons elected to wait for a seat at the bar instead of being seated immediately for the multiple open tables available. She is truly extra extraordinary.

  This is my second time sitting at the bar and Dee is Wonderful!!! Always smiling making all customers feel Very Welcomed! She definitely loves her job and a people person because she reflects it. She knows many customers by name since they are regulars (I’m sure they are here always due to the great service) and when she asked my name I said Patricia and she responded ok ‘Pat’ and I said nooooooo that’s not what I said, it’s either Patricia or Patty and never Pat so it was a laugh 😊

  I’ve always loved dining at Bonefish Grill, but this visit was a major disappointment. As a former server, it’s easy to recognize when you’re being profiled or given subpar service. This was actually my second time this week coming here, thinking I’d give them a second chance. The first night, our food took forever to arrive, and we were overly hungry because our appetizers (soup and salad) didn’t come out until after the entrées. I understand everyone has off nights, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try again. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was even worse. We were seated at a table with dirty share plates, and the martini we ordered came with a fruit fly in it. Our server was attentive to other tables—even those seated long after us—but barely engaged with ours. We weren’t offered refills, complimentary bread, or even had our food order taken in a timely manner. I’m a frequent Bonefish guest, but after two disappointing visits in one week, I won’t be returning to this location. The food is always great but I will be driving the few extra minutes to Coral Springs.

  I visited Bonefish Grill for dinner in August 2025, and I am writing to compliment then-server-in-training Zach and his trainer Cassie for their excellent service. Both were warm and welcoming, and while Zach was in training, it was clear that he already had noteworthy customer care skills. He gave me just the right amount of attention, somehow managing to appear at the table just when I wanted something, but affording me enough space to peacefully take in the experience. The food was enjoyable; the environment felt tranquil; and the engaging attitudes of Zach and Cassie made me feel comfortable and happy to be there.
