They also pack them very well so it stays in place during delivery. I highly recommend. Thanks CFA at this location. And thanks for door dash. Keep up the good work!
- MKmark krill5 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this store since it opened 3-4 times weekly. It is across the street from where I live. I was sent a promotion by another store some distance from me. When I asked the staff if they can honor it they said Josh wasn’t in. Then I saw the owner Javier was present and asked him. I showed him the email which was dated April 6-12. The reward did not transfer to my app under rewards, as I showed him. He wouldn’t honor it. I guess a $6 sandwich is more valuable than losing a constant repeat client. I did go down the street to another Chik Fil A that also wasn’t the store that sent me the promotion and they honored it.

The employees were helpful to ask boss but supervisors terrible they yelled at workers for simply asking my question about the chicken… they both screamed “just tell them we don’t have” instead of checking …the sunrise location by sawgrass much better… never had issue there . Sad would have been a regular here . Hope they get it together….
