- NJnandy joeMar 17, 20261.0We had a very disappointing experience with this location. Our order was delayed by over 30 minutes past the expected ready time, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the customer service was poor. Several employees were present, but instead of assisting customers, they seemed more focused on talking among themselves and lacked coordination. The overall attitude came across as unhelpful and dismissive. This was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had, and we strongly suggest improvements in both efficiency and customer service.

Her energy anytime I come is unmatched she greets me with such joy and the way she handles guests you would think she runs the show! Always recognized/appreciated. I did want to bring to the company attention that you have some employees who lack customer service another young lady headed me my food and I asked for just more sauce and she gave me the most disgrace look as if she was irritated by my asking! Which is very unprofessional and unfortunate knowing I spend my money here all the time.
