  Rathole of a place with very unprofessional and undeserving employees. The food is always cold and old and they always say their ice cream machine is down so that they don’t have to make any of the ice cream they sell. And these people think should get a raise? Yeah right, if anything they deserve less money.

  I came into Wendy’s today on James Redmond Highway, Plant city Florida to get a salad and a small cup of soup and a small drink. Wendy’s at this location was so neat and clean and the staff here are exceptional. They waited on me right away a few of them came over to make sure I had everything and it all came out nice and hot and the price is right. I need to mention them all by name because this place is awesome. I highly recommend Wendy’s on James Redmond Highway, Plant city Florida. One of the associates name was Vivian who was so kind and pleasant. The other associates name was Christina, who made sure I had everything right away so pleasant n a beautiful smile. The other associates name is Shamia , this associate was so kind and pleasant and made sure I had all of my utensils and told me she could deliver it to my table. What a kind group here. The best team ever. They work so well together and these associates are very hard-working. They were all over the place making sure all of their customers had everything and made sure it all came out on time. This is some crew here , they are amazing. Just wanted to thank you all n give a nice shout out to you girls and let you know I appreciate you. I truly do hope Wendy’s appreciates all you girls do and how hard you work and what an awesome team you girls are , your the best. Thank you again I highly recommend Wendy’s here. It’s an amazing place.

  I went in today 3/14/26 around 2:00pm and I can say that the shift manager was SUPER nice! And took my order perfectly I forgot her name but she did her job fine!, but the store manager Al McDonald? Was super mean and disrespectful. I was trying to put an order in and he came up and started talking down on her right in front of other coworkers and other customers in line. His behavior was very uncalled for and coming from a person that worked customer service it shows a very negative image. Later on while while we were eating he started raising his voice at her again right in front of a customer that was trying to check out. He was yelling about the manager opening up a box or bag a different way than what he wanted. But still, if something must be said to another lead it should be done in private and with a better attitude. Other employees there seemed frustrated at this interaction and nodding their heads like if this was a regular occurrence. I feel bad for those other employees if thats how Mr. Al be treating them.
