  The drive thru is AI order The cashier was kind enough to tell me they didn't have 2 Caesar salads to offer me another choice. That was kind. But upon arriving home with my lunch less than 5 mins away, my salad was full of dead old mushy brown lettuce. Just don't even bother eating here any more.

  Worst experience at a Wendy’s in my life. I ordered in the app for drive-thru pick up. If I hadn’t already paid in the app I would’ve pulled out from the Wendy’s drive-thru and never waited . I waited 30 minutes to get to pick up window when there was only 2 cars in front of me,then the girl working the window ask me to pull up to door and they would bring out the food. I waited there for another 10 minutes. I went inside there was no one at the counter.The employees were in the back. One young female walked around the corner of the drive-thru area I explained that I was waiting for my food and how long it had already been.The girl was so rude . She tells me in a very condescending way ,it’s because they make it fresh. I explained but for me to wait over 30 minutes is ridiculous. She then went on and said then I should just cook at home. I didn’t want to go back and forth with this child so I took my food and walked out. I just don’t understand how she could be so rude to me. I waited all that time , you would think she would be nice due to the horribly long wait time . She needs some lessons on good customer service skills. I will also say it definitely was not made fresh it was disgusting and cold plus all the time it took and still to forget my chicken nuggets for the biggie bag. The tenders were rubbery and not edible.I will never go back to that Wendy’s again.

  Delicious food. Crispy fries. Excellent chicken tenders. Juicy burgers. Literally one of the best fast food flavor and texture experiences I have ever had in my entire life. -2 stars because of the AI bot taking the order; it cannot offer recommendations at the request of the customer.

  Horrible experience. Went through drive thru, ordered a drink, small chilli and sour cream chives potatoe. Handed me my drink. Then couple minutes, my bag of food. I drove off and didn't check my bag. Got home, no butter or sour cream. Also realized the incompetent worker didn't give me my credit card back. Next day, I called and spoke with their rude manager. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the phone. I called again and she said they suddenly found it. Hmm. So I go and pick up my card and the store manager doesn't even apologize so I say nothing. I walk away and she yells YOU'RE WELCOME! I told her I'm leaving bad feed back. Then she yelled DONT COME BACK. Horrible bad attitude. Stay away from this Wendy's. They steal your credit or debit info.
