Danielle G took our order through the drive thru and was incredible rude and hateful over the intercom. We ordered a BLACK BEAN crunch wrap and they FILLED it with meat. Then my friend tried to order a Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider and she kept trying to up charge for the sauce that is already included. PLEASE drive down the road to the Taco Bell right down the road on West Baker. The employees are actually kind and can get your food correct. Rude and stupid is not a good look.

Made an order through Doordash of 10 piece chicken nuggets and instead I got 10 pieces of rocks. These are so hard and nasty looking! I can guarantee you none of the employees would feed these to a family member, nor a fing dog... This is disgusting behavior and a sanitary issue nonetheless.... Thanks for this crap!

This place is the absolute worse. I wouldnt Recommend this location to my worse enemy. If i were On my death bed and needed something to eat i would Not consume this food. The food matches the service awful and displeasing. I’ve come to this location a few times and the last three times have been a disappointment. If you like spending 30-50 bucks for absolute garbage. I’d recommend this place. I’d like to be the first to sign a petition to shut this place down.

Walked in and made eye co tact with the staff while I was the only person in the store. I didn’t get a “welcome In”
Or anything so I just assumed that it would take for ever to wait for them to be done talking and ordered off of the kiosk.
I’m still the only customer in the whole store and half of their staff keeps going into some car outfront and another gentleman walks in, waits for maybe 2-3 minutes before someone walks up. He tries to order and she just says no, you can order on the kiosk behind you. The dude walks up to the kiosk and is clearly annoyed and then after fiddling with kiosk for maybe 1 minute, he just leaves which I don’t blame him.
The fact that the shorter young black lady straight up told him “no, you can order on the kiosk behind you” and didn’t take his order is appalling since no one is even in the store besides me and they are all on their phones with their gloves on that they didn’t change in between making food for the drive thru.
What horrible customer service this place has. Used to visit this location’s drive thru at least twice a week but never went in, now that I’ve been inside and seen how they operate and how bad they treat what would’ve been a paying customer. I’m done coming here and you lost a customer that would come through atleast two times a week.
Sad.

I went to Taco Bell late at night and waited in the drive-thru line for about 30 minutes. After sitting there for that long, the employees finally came out and told everyone in line that they were running low on food and could no longer serve any more customers for the rest of the night. This happened around 1:40 AM.
It was very frustrating because no one in line was informed earlier, and several cars had already been waiting for quite a while. If the restaurant knew they were running out of food or were unable to continue serving customers, it would have been helpful to notify people sooner so we didn’t spend so much time waiting. Instead, the entire line had to leave after waiting for half an hour with no food or service.
Later on, I noticed that they started taking customers again, which made the situation even more confusing. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to take any more orders because of the number of cars that were in line. I understand that late-night shifts can be busy and things can happen, but better communication and consistency would have made a big difference for everyone who was waiting.
