  Fountian machine ice maker not working. Several soda flavors out on the fountain machine. Condiments out and no apparent urgency in getting orders filled. Not a great experience. Wendy’s can do better and they should do better!

  Walk in service is slow, seems they can only handle one order at a time at the counter. Secondly, my bigger issue, hey Wendys, don't I pay enough for your cheaply produced food? Why do I have to pay EXTRA just because I'm not a 3 year old and don't like ketchup? Why do I have to pay extra at all for my condiment of choice, BBQ, muchless when I've actually ordered nuggets??

  Customer service is trash they talk to you poorly and open hours say 6:30AM but here come 8:00AM they are not serving or have their doors open just poor.

  Order was wrong 3 times when the So called manager refunded my money and told me to leave after I asked if the could please get my order right. . I left with no food. Emailed corporate. I was contacted and asked to meet with the manager on the following Thursday. I made the trip to Plant city all for the manager, AL McDonald to not show up. The employee on duty called him and his response was comp my meal. And he would contact me later.... Never did!. It's been 2 weeks since he missed the appointment He made with no contact. Seriously displeased!
