- SSSabrinaJan 3, 20262.0I think management needs to make some improvements at this location. Sometimes the wait time is unreasonablely long. This time, we placed a mobile order and went to the drive through to pick up. When we got to the window, the staff member asked us to come back in 3 minutes because they're making the French fries. I thought it was odd that they would not bring it out to us, as they do at most fast food places. After a few minutes, the drive through line was too long, so we went in and picked it up. However, their idea of a full portion of fries is ridiculous, especially since they made us wait for it, and it had mostly tiny pieces. Unfortunately, we did not check until we got home. I actually do like Taco Bell because you can get decent vegetarian fast food. I tried the veggie bowl and it was quite good and usually the fries are nice and hot (unlike my experience at other chains). But staff needs to be more organized, and no one should be asked to come back to the drive thru line - it should be brought to the car in a designated spot as most establishments do. And no paying customer should receive French fries like this - half empty and small pieces. Oh, and this was part of a $50 order, so that's even more of a slap in the face.
