  The food was spicy and we were not advised. None of the meet was cooked to the correct temperature. One steak wouldn't even cut with a knife.

  Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. Chopped blue cheese & pecan salad was delicious as always.

  This was one of the best outback restaurants I been in love the atmosphere very good waitress and wonderful food and great cooks and great management

  I will never return to this restaurant and I recommend that nobody else does either. So my wife wanted to go there for her birthday dinner so we went. After we had been seated it took over 10 mins for a server to even acknowledge we were there and that was just to say "I'll be right back". By the time she came back we sat there so long we were ready to order. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and our meals. Her salad came out and nothing else for quite awhile. The food and appetizers came out at the same time and even though apologizes were abundant it was very unprofessional. She ordered steak and lobster but the lobster did not come out with the meal. It had to cooked and brought out later. We ordered a dessert for her birthday and no acknowledgement whatsoever from the staff. We felt we were more than understanding and reasonable throughout the entire debacle until it came time to pay. I personally believe that she made a mistake while putting in the order for the steak and lobster meal. My wife was asked to choose between 6oz or 8oz steak she chose 8oz. I looked at the bill details which showed a charge for the 8oz steak meal and the lobster as an add on which was equal to a $10 up charge over the 6oz steak and lobster meal. Essentially $10 for 2oz of steak. When we expressed a dissatisfaction to our server (the same person that apologized at least a dozen times for everything that was going wrong for the entire meal) her response was "well at least you got good service from me". When I replied "but did we?", she decided to tell us "then don't come back" so we will take her advice and we will never be back. I have never been so disrespected by an establishment that I decided to spend my hard earned money at then I was at Outback Steakhouse and would strongly urge everyone to take her advice. Save your time save your money and save yourself from a bad experience and just don't go. A 6oz steak and lobster meal at the time was essentially $37 we paid just over$46 for 8oz steak and lobster UPDATE: I made contact the way they requested. 24hrs later and have heard nothing back. My review stands as written they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction don't waste your time or money.
