I asked for a manager to replace my order I was rudely greeted and was unapologetic terrible customer service .by Ninfa which told me she can replace the coffee but rudely not my bagel . I always stop at this Dunkin because it’s close by my job at a nearby nursing facility . After she told me she could not remake the bagel she proceeded to throw it in the trash . Why would you throw away something I paid for that you cannot remake ?I’m disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to I will be escalating this further

They definitely made them right! $8 and some change for 2 large coffees isn't bad considering I know I spent way more on two iced coffees at other shops!
