The worst service out of all restaurant’s in Plant City, they always have attitude for no reason. Really bad manners. Last time I went the big girl that works there sliced my pizza into 20 square, triangle, u name it pieces for some reason no joke. I realized it after I got home and it was very very strange because I had no argument with her what so ever. But every time I go they always have attitude problems very poorly managed business probably no supervision at all. Save your time and money go to a different location.

If you want to pay top dollar for a pizza Old Town pizzeria is worth the price. My pizza arrived with barely any toppings. Just a pepperoni and green pepper pizza, hardly no green peppers were on this pizza. The only thing I enjoyed was there chocolate lava cakes that's why two stars are given from me.

During our visit, a Domino's employee told my husband, "If you learned to read English, you would see we don't take $50 bills." This comment was inappropriate, disrespectful, and offensive. Regardless of store policy, there is no justification for speaking to a customer this way. This reflects poorly on the brand, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses staff training and professionalism.

I went to the Domino’s at 204 W Alexander St in Plant City to pick up my order, ready to pay with a $50 bill. They refused to accept it, claiming store policy doesn’t take bills larger than $10. There’s a sign on the door confirming this odd rule. I didn’t have any other form of payment on me, so I couldn’t take the pizza. The staff (including someone named Riley and another who said “hope”) were extremely rude about it. One told me that’s fine, they’ll just throw the pizza away anyway, and then said I “needed to learn to read English” because of the sign. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, no apology, no attempt to help, just attitude. I’ve never seen a pizza place turn away cash like this over a common bill, especially when it’s clearly posted but still poor customer service. The pizza might be fine, but the way they treat people is terrible. Avoid this location if you’re paying cash. ************ Thank you for the response, Mohammad. I appreciate the apology and the offer to make things right, but I wasn’t looking for compensation, a free pizza, or any handout. The core issue was the store’s policy of refusing common $50 bills (with a sign on the door stating no bills larger than $10), combined with the extremely rude and unprofessional way it was handled. Staff told me they’d just throw the pizza away anyway, and one employee said I needed to “learn to read English” because of the sign, despite me being perfectly capable of reading it and understanding the policy. That kind of attitude and disrespect was unnecessary and made the experience much worse. Policies like this exist at some locations (often for safety/change reasons, from what I’ve seen), but the way customers are treated when they run into it matters. I simply wanted to pick up my paid-for order with cash I had on hand, and instead left without it due to inflexibility and poor service. No need to reach out privately, I’m just sharing this publicly so others know what to expect at this location. Thanks again.
