  Whenever I used to go to Charleys just to get a large cheese fry or ultimate cheese fry, It would always be handed to me in a big takeout box. Now apparently they had changed that, And it's the same size as a small cheese fry box. I'm sorry but Charley's needs to do better and stop scamming people... Because how are you going to charge a large fry to be almost $8 and it's a small portion like literally it's the same exact size as a small Just in a different box... To me that's scamming people.. Do better

  The chicken was absolutely phenomenal — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. You can tell care goes into the preparation because every bite was flavorful and tender, not dry or overdone. And let’s talk about the portions — generous is an understatement! The serving size was more than satisfying and definitely worth the price. It’s refreshing to dine somewhere that doesn’t skimp on quality or quantity. If you’re looking for delicious, well-prepared chicken and portions that leave you full and happy, this is the place. Highly recommend

  This location sucks they had no white cheese (provolone )they say you buy a large sandwich you get free boneless wings but then they told me it has to be after 2 PM. They don’t specify that out there then I went after 2 pm but a large sandwich and then they said I had to buy a combo fries and drinks be aware

  The manager/owner exhibited extreme rudeness and belligerence, disregarding the instructions provided by the Charlie app. He made inappropriate remarks about the app’s importance and brought up money in front of customers. As an Afro-American individual, I found his behavior deeply offensive. I responded to him, clarifying that the money had no bearing on my order. However, he continued to rant about his 50-hour workweek and his knowledge of expensive items. I was deeply offended by his behavior. At this point, I believe he was exhibiting racist tendencies. Additionally, he failed to honor my birthday treat. I will never return to that Charley’s in Plant City, located off James L. Redmond Avenue across from Walmart, due to his disrespectful behavior. This incident has been unprecedented in my life.

  Ordered online after 2.5 hours still no status update. Contacted the delivery driver was told no status and they didn’t know when it would be here. After hours received the food, dropped off stone cold and incorrect. Phone number on site is not a working number and could not reach the restaurant. Called another Charley’s to see if they had another number, explained what happened and the worker there told me this has been happening at this location and we were not the first ones with the same issue. We were advised to call our bank to dispute but since we finally got “food” leaving it up to a lesson learned. Would strongly not recommend this place. Worst experience ever.
