This is a review aimed specifically for an employee named Charles who supposedly made my family's Friday night takeaway on April 10th, 2026. We love you so very much. We order from this restaurant every Friday night and every Friday night, our food is either mediocre (bordering on poor) quality or is just straight up missing ingredients. Every week, my parents order themselves a simple pizza; Xtra Garlic Parm sauce instead of the red, Feta cheese, spinach, and onion. It has rarely ever come to us correct, very often missing the Feta entirely or having the xtra sauce instruction just flat out ignored. My order is a simple chicken parm sub sandwich. Almost every single time it's brought home, it's overbaked and the ingredients taste almost foul. Tonight, we order takeaway like every other Friday night. I come into the kitchen ready to eat, and the first two bites of my sandwich are harmonious. Well baked, no blackened bread or charred cheese. The sandwich itself is pleasant to eat in terms of flavor and I'm pleasantly surprised! I bring up the phenomena to my mother, who proceeds to tell me about Charles. She was able to see who made our order tonight and it is apparently someone named Charles. Let me make this very, very crystal clear. I've had only two bites of this chicken parm sub as I write this. I had to physically stop myself from continuing to eat simply to write this review SPECIFICALLY for Charles. Charles deserves a raise. Charles deserves a promotion. Charles deserves to have both sides of his pillow cool and crisp whenever he goes to rest at night. Charles deserves praise for what blessing he gave to my family. A genuine rarity from this Dominos establishment in particular! A perfect Friday night order. I thought it couldn't be done but Charles has given me hope. Charles has given me and my family a taste of what is possible from a Friday night pizza dinner. He absolutely nailed it. He achieved perfection in a world where it is so rarely found in everyday practice and gave us a truly amazing product after having mediocre and borderline refund worthy quality. Charles, I thank you personally. I hope you know how amazing you are. I know nothing about you, but I just wanted to say how grateful I was to have a perfectly cooked sandwich for the first time in well over 5+ months of eating every Friday night at Dominos with my family. Keep up the amazing work, you're the greatest employee we've had the pleasure of having serve us. Everyone needs to learn this simple leason; be more like Charles, ensure you're serving quality. That is all. Thank you, Charles.

They don’t honor the cash back they offer you from the go upside app…..they bait you offering good awards in cash back but never honor it….annoying and dishonest.

No surprise to me that they have 3.8 stars. They are careless in their work and do not follow instructions.

The 995 special is a great value. It applies to medium and large pizzas , and they , in fact , allow you put any toppings you want on it.

The worst service out of all restaurant’s in Plant City, they always have attitude for no reason. Really bad manners. Last time I went the big girl that works there sliced my pizza into 20 square, triangle, u name it pieces for some reason no joke. I realized it after I got home and it was very very strange because I had no argument with her what so ever. But every time I go they always have attitude problems very poorly managed business probably no supervision at all. Save your time and money go to a different location.
