  The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because the sweet girl at the counter was really trying. The owner or manager (Seems like owner) was yelling and barking orders to the 2 people/staff. He was condescending and mean. The poor girl was almost in tears. He was in the back making orders and don't think he even read the order. He didn't add onions and gave us steak instead of chicken. We like both so we ate it because we just wanted out of there. The one restroom was disgusting as we're the tables. Nothing was clean. The soda machine up front doesn't work so getting a refill was hard to do while he was in the back screaming. I LOVE Charley's and we will eat at the one in Brandon and Temple Terrace but unfortunately will not be back to this one.

  Have used their drive thru more than once. Very impressed at how quick they are with your order.

  I ate here when they first opened and it wasn't great. I ate at charles at a different location and the food was amazing. I gave plant city another chance and this time my wings were mostly burnt and tasted really bad. I'm not happy with this location and the food. Not to mention how long it took to even get my food.

  idk who's idea was it to put those burritos on the menu but you gotta give them a kiss for me. those things are even better than the sandwiches

  Came in to eat a late dinner, the girl working register was super nice and respectful. The cook/owner came to ask us if everything was good (it was). Then he told us the wings are not frozen, always fresh. We will most definitely come back. My buffalo chicken Philly was amazing, and super hot and fresh (almost too fresh lol)
