- SVShy ViolentSep 9, 20212.0First thing you see you when you walk in the door is behind the counter. No wall dividing customers from just walking back there. And it wasn’t super clean. Two of their menu boards were on the fritz so I asked if they were doing Sundays. I was told only hot fudge. Great yes please. I ordered my flavors and he put it together asked if I wanted whip cream and cherry nuts etc. No problem. Then they hand it to me and I look at it and it’s the hardened cone coating chocolate, like magic shell, not hot fudge. I tap it with my finger nail and it’s audibly hard. I say this isn’t hot fudge. Worker says no, it just gets like that when it hits the ice cream it’s still chewy once you start eating it. I shrug my shoulders and give him the benefit of the doubt. I should’ve known better. Definitely not hot fudge! How does an ice cream counter server not know what hot fudge is?! There were also two homeless people camped outside. I can sympathize with homeless but no corporate place is going to let people camp outside like that. This franchise is in desperate need of new ownership and management. There are plenty of other ice cream places in plant city and Brusters is only 20 minutes away. I will not be back to this Baskin-Robbins.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
