  it’s insanely hot in here!!! the thermostat behind the register said 90 degrees!!! i wanted to sit down and eat but couldn’t because of the temperature so we left. this is crazy having your employees work in these conditions.

  Place an order this afternoon pick up 12:15 under Rachel asked for no lettuce because I cannot eat lettuce on my Thai chicken wrap and they put lettuce on the wrap I cant just pick it off because its all stuck in the sauce and u0on taking the picture i noticed theres also a hair in it 🤢 phone number to contact someone doesn't work

  I'm so glad they finally opened this back up. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they didn't have the shake area out where you could see them making it. I used to love watching them, make the shakes and now it's tucked away in the back. This brought it down to a four-star instead of five-star. Also there were three people in there working that I could see and somebody at the drive-thru but nobody else in the place and it took a long time for them to come and help us. The food and shakes are fantastic, I brought my friend in she is hooked. She said she'll be back! Also, keep in mind that if you ever want a smaller shake you can order the kids shake which is 12 oz. Prices vary from place to place, $2.99 to $5.49. Some people are not aware of this as I don't see it on the signs.

  This is by far the fanciest tropical smoothie I have ever been to. Inside the vibe makes me want to sit down and chill. They have great music playing. Outside they have a drive-through guys a drive-through. The food is amazing, but I have always loved tropical smoothie but this one is by far my favorite.

  Lady was nice at the front counter. AC was down. And the smoothie was not filled to the top, when I went to complain, they filled it with ice and blended it some more. Great place if you wanna wait 25 minutes for a wrap and ice cubes in your smoothie.
