  Take forever to get a coney footlong and then they dont get you no napkins in the bag , i ask the clerk when she came back to bring my card and she never brought any back.

  Wide selection of prices but it took awhile. Root beer float had to much ice cream and combine that with hot weather and it just really wasn't a float more a weird frappe Mozzarella sticks were not cooked lot enough and chicken fingers were really small

  Came to pick up and didn’t get anyone at the drive in area so I pull up to the drive thru and same thing im sitting at the window and no one is coming to the window so unprofessional finally got someone and they had so many excuses as to why they didn’t acknowledge me. 4/3/26 12:20am

  Takes years even for a simple mobile pick up order. Doesn't help that you can't actually walk in to the store if the physical location actually got your order. There's like no communication at all. All for very mid and below average food.

  Don't get me wrong, Sonic is a good place where you can drive in and get food, and just sit in your car. But today there machine was acting wierd and they had to come out and take our order, but that wasn't the problem. The whole thing took 30 minutes, and we got our food, but they were missing a couple things, but they gave us what we're were missing and were very apologetic about the situation. This is a good place to go if you just want to drive in, and sit, and eat by yourself or with your family, whatever you prefer. I think this place was just too understaffed, and the technical problems made it worse.
