  We left totally NO human service or response. McDonald's not only there but many places sucks. We finally left.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in Pinellas county.. they let homeless people hang out inside and outside. Literally park you for anything but a drink

  At McDonald’s, they have the most clueless employees—they can never explain anything. The doors say it’s open 24 hours, yet before 11, the doors are locked. There’s an employee inside, I knock, and she can’t even come to the door to say why it’s closed—she just reacts blankly and doesn’t respond to anything.

  I haven’t met a single service member of this store with a bar attitude, yeah sometimes things are messed up by they are fast to fix it with a smile on their face I come here twice a week sometimes a little less and it’s always a pleasure to come to this store.

  We placed our order ahead of time on the app, waited patiently for about 15-20 minutes in the designated pick up spot. My boyfriend finally went inside to see what’s going on, we waited an additional 15 minutes and didn’t receive our food yet. When he asked the employee what’s going on he was told “chill out, it will be ready when it’s ready.” I understand places get busy but waiting 30+ minutes to fast food and having employees be rude on top of that is unacceptable. This specific location definitely needs new management.
