  As much as I wil keep coming here, because it is the closest mcdonald's to me, at least one thing will be wrong with my order. Whether something is the wrong size or missing entirely. Probably short staffed so I get it but I feel like I've been cheated out of 20 bucks at this point

  As we sat and got ready to order this nasty manager lady came over to our table and told us to leave if we weren't gonna order anything. I held my toungue. That ain't right lady.

  The management must be aware of how terrible the overnight shift is. They were literally smoking weed inside the building and smoke was coming out of the drive thru window. Also at 4am when breakfast was switching over, they didn't have the breakfast ready and all the customers had to wait for 10 minutes. They said "the system is not up" as the excuse, but only said it when I said I wanted to order breakfast, not the lunch menu. Mangment needs to review the overnight crew.

  Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.
