While on vacation my wife said let's go to Five Guys. She said we're on vacation don't worry about it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. Had that and a few of my wife's fries and a zero sugar root beer and my glucose stayed under 150. Well Five Guys is back on my menu.

How are you guys in the middle of your dinner right and I’m still waiting 30 minutes for two burgers that were single patties and a regular fry and I know I’m not the only person who is waiting this long and I waited to still not be able to eat. I waited on my 30 minute break which is unfortunate for me right 30 minutes and I thought I’d be able to actually get the food and eat the food I had to actually have my S.O pick the food up that I already paid for because I didn’t have enough time to wait for the food to be prepared. Let alone eat it.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
