- APAnnette Pinnow2 days ago1.0I placed my order online. Pick up was at 1:30. I arrived at 1:22 at the front register as I’m patiently waiting while the employee is taking care of a customers order , They came to the checkout and he rang him up and walked away from me. I was never acknowledged , spoken to or any thing . I’m standing there the whole eight minutes waiting to be acknowledged another couple walks in and they serve them . So I said something excuse me can I be help. As soon as I said that the lady from the back that made my order came out right at 1:30 on the dot dropping my food off at the register . She says to me while I’m standing there talking to the older gentlemen (employee) I’ve been waiting to be help and I was complaining about how no one attended to me. The lady from the back states with an attitude , well it says 15 minutes until it will be ready . That was not the point I know I was eight minutes early. I wanted to buy a drink while at sat down and waited for my food . But I was never acknowledged so I couldn’t buy a drink and sit down for the eight minutes and wait for my food instead I had to stand there and be ignored. I should’ve got the damn drink for free to be honest..

But today was a bit disappointing.. i got more sause than meatballs and the bread was really soggy from it. I hate to leave a bad review. I guess thats what i get for ordering at midnight 😓
