  First time here, forgot to take pictures! Nice menu selection, I had a crispy chicken sandwich with yellow rice. Very tasty. My only complaint was a cold bun. If it had been toasted it would have made the sandwich a 10.

  So when I was in line, I had to wait for someone to punch in, so they would be able to take my order, that's how this all started. Then after 3 minutes, 4 minutes, the young lady took my order. Then 7 minutes later, I received it after Receiving, it took it home and I took the first bite super Dry and I took look and the chicken looked like it was leather, very dried out. I went ahead and called where I purchased the order and then they told me I had to go and download their app so I can get credit for next time around when I purchased my next meal.

  Great Food usually always fresh,I would recommend,a little friendlier customer service,at the drive through window would be nice,not all bad but a few workers seem to always have a not so friendly or kind welcoming customer service attitude,for no apparent reason,no matter how kind and friendly you are to them,love the food though, customer service attitude could use a lot of improvement though,just being honest

  Impressed with the price point of REAL grilled chicken opposed to bagged or rubbery types 8 bucks got me chicken, rice and blackbeans-typical food many countries would call it Grateful to have a healthy option at a drive-thru

  The food is usually good/fresh, so no gripes about that, but trying to order it was another story. When trying to place the order, the person attending the cash register was having an extremely difficult time taking my order to the point where the manager had to step in to figure it out. Not a problem until the person who was preparing my meal took over. There's clearly a language barrier issue here. She made the order completely wrong. Most likely due to not being able to read English. If you're going to employ people who can't speak/read English, adleast put the order up on the screen in Spanish so they can understand what they are making, or do them a solid and get them some schooling to learn how to read/write/speak it better.
