    Great food, great staff, they all work hard. They all have amazing teamwork. Kindness, respect for everyone, no drama. Just an all around great place to work and dine. If you enjoy healthier “fast food” or you love great chicken, rice and beans or bowls definitely check this place out. Their food is yummy, healthy, quick, reasonably priced and did I say delicious?

    The food we got from Pollo Tropical was honestly very disappointing. The plantains looked old and poorly handled, and one of them even looked like someone had already taken a bite before giving it to us. That is extremely disgusting and unacceptable. We paid for fresh, properly prepared food — not this. I hope management takes this seriously because this should never happen to any customer. We were there just now 12:01 name of our server is Sebastian 12/07/25
