I’ve had times when the pizza was absolutely perfect: hot, fresh, and delicious , but other times it looked a bit old and not as great. The same goes for customer service: sometimes it’s fantastic and friendly, other times not quite as good. Overall, I still enjoy Pizza Hut, but a little more consistency would make it even better. A drive-thru option would also be a great improvement!
