It's always the biggins that ruin the hospitality aspect of restaurants..
My only advice. Find a way to love yourself anyways. And please do that before you take a job at a place where people come to have a great experience.
Pinellas county has some of the worst Panera Bread locations I've ever been to.

Ordered coffee, told Person behind counter... She stared blankly and said "that is how we serve it". No offer of new or heated up coffee just a black stare.

This was our first visit to this location. We did rapid pick up and an online order. The food was ready on time and properly prepared per our requests for customization. The one drawback was that the baguette used for our sandwich was too tough to eat. After trying to eat the sandwich with the bread on it, we grew concerned that the toughness of the baguette was going to break a tooth or crown. So, we improvised and dumped out the sandwich fillings into a bowl and ate it like a salad. The ironic aspect of this quality issue is that this is a bakery and Bread is part of the name of the place. Seems like the bread quality should have been a highpoint instead of a jawbreaker. The baguette might have been past its prime and stale causing it to petrify. We will try this location in the future, but will likely stick to salads and soups. We will definitely avoid the baguette. Perhaps by cutting up the baguette and soaking it in olive oil, one could find a way to ingest it. Probably a better solution would be for this Panera Bread location to commit to a higher level of quality control in preparation, inventory control and storage of their baguettes.

Panera is overpriced, prepackaged, reheated hospital food. That being said, I placed my order for the drive thru, they tell me I have to come inside. I go inside they say they don’t have it. Going back and forth about my order with me when they clearly gave it away to someone else POSSIBLY IN THE DRIVE THRU. The supervisor finally finds the order on the computer and remakes it just for there to be a hair in my soup. They constantly have these corporate queens in business casual in there wreaking havoc trying to make this place something it’s not. The staff is rude, the food is mid, the restaurant is dirty, and the pretentiousness is through the roof. Panera Bread is owned by Covelli Enterprises, a multi-billion dollar corporation, and they charge you $8 for 8oz of reheated soup cut with water and a hunk of stale, cold bread and laugh in your face while some kid with acne pours it into a paper cup and has the nerve to give you an attitude because he’s overworked and underpaid. This place is trash and the Carillon location is even worse.
