I ordered 2 bottles of water for my lunches and it was missing from my bag; I never bothered to call or make any issues about it, however, today I went back to Panera ordered a big lunch for my family, the cashier was the sweetest ever, but the manager who packed and put my meals together kept calling my name but saying it wrong, u was confused ….she then said to me “what’s your name I’m sorry we don’t have arugula for your sandwich we have Romain & lettuce” I said “ok no problem, I’ll settle for romaine” as she was packing my meals I softly said to her as she was about to be done “can you kindly give our to go order an (1) extra piece bread for 2 of my soups she said “NO! go pay for it” then she Turned her face Looking down packing my meals as if She was upset, i didn’t thought or expect that from her and said, “excuse me” I was shocked how rude she was! I run a business and I totally get it, but her attitude was as if she was upset having to work and not wanting to be there, I hope not racist. That’s the impression she gave me… We have a few businesses and 100% support Panera bread almost twice a week to our employees and family, and so blown away to see the quality of respect from a “manager” talks to a customer especially a restaurant that I fully support just blew me away. By the way all this commotion and the “manager” still #Forgot to add my Chips with my order. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️

This was our first visit to this location. We did rapid pick up and an online order. The food was ready on time and properly prepared per our requests for customization. The one drawback was that the baguette used for our sandwich was too tough to eat. After trying to eat the sandwich with the bread on it, we grew concerned that the toughness of the baguette was going to break a tooth or crown. So, we improvised and dumped out the sandwich fillings into a bowl and ate it like a salad. The ironic aspect of this quality issue is that this is a bakery and Bread is part of the name of the place. Seems like the bread quality should have been a highpoint instead of a jawbreaker. The baguette might have been past its prime and stale causing it to petrify. We will try this location in the future, but will likely stick to salads and soups. We will definitely avoid the baguette. Perhaps by cutting up the baguette and soaking it in olive oil, one could find a way to ingest it. Probably a better solution would be for this Panera Bread location to commit to a higher level of quality control in preparation, inventory control and storage of their baguettes.

Panera is overpriced, prepackaged, reheated hospital food. That being said, I placed my order for the drive thru, they tell me I have to come inside. I go inside they say they don’t have it. Going back and forth about my order with me when they clearly gave it away to someone else POSSIBLY IN THE DRIVE THRU. The supervisor finally finds the order on the computer and remakes it just for there to be a hair in my soup. They constantly have these corporate queens in business casual in there wreaking havoc trying to make this place something it’s not. The staff is rude, the food is mid, the restaurant is dirty, and the pretentiousness is through the roof. Panera Bread is owned by Covelli Enterprises, a multi-billion dollar corporation, and they charge you $8 for 8oz of reheated soup cut with water and a hunk of stale, cold bread and laugh in your face while some kid with acne pours it into a paper cup and has the nerve to give you an attitude because he’s overworked and underpaid. This place is trash and the Carillon location is even worse.

Blonde manger was very rude to older male cashier because I asked for a refund on a sandwich that was made incorrectly and not explained to us. The manager acted like it was the end of the world. Also the same person who took our order read it back correctly and still forgot to add my coffee at the end. Worst service I’ve ever had with Panera and never returning to this location

We have had lunch here numerous times and with the various choices in the area.....this will be the last time! We spent over $35 for our 2 lunches. When I asked the Mgr for more sauce for the new dipper sandwich - her reply was "no"! The sandwich is rather large and they barely give you any to begin with. For $35 - if I asked for more sauce, I would think that would be a reasonable request! Now days with money the way it is and people not going out to eat - Mgrs and staff should be more accommodating and pleasant to ALL customers. You never know what establishment will be next to close their doors!
