- LML MFeb 18, 20261.0⸻ I love coming to Panera for the chicken salad sandwich — especially with the chips and pickle that come with it. On February 16 at 8:45 p.m., I came through the drive-through to place my order. When I asked for just a moment to decide, I was told, rather abruptly, that they were closing in 10 minutes. Closing time is 9:00 p.m., so I was surprised by the tone, as it was still 15 minutes before closing. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with chips and the pickle. Before driving away, I specifically asked if the pickle was in the bag and was told yes. When I got home, it was not included. While it may seem minor, I did pay for the full meal, and it’s disappointing to feel rushed and then realize part of the order was missing. Customers arriving 15 minutes before closing should not feel like an inconvenience. I hope management will address this so future customers have a better experience.

And please do that before you take a job at a place where people come to have a great experience. Pinellas county has some of the worst Panera Bread locations I've ever been to.
