Didn’t even say anything when the bag was dropped Not one soul smiling and also visibly upset that I came in to ask for a Hot sandwich! Absolutely worse service ever at Dunkin Tried telling me that it just comes out normally with cold cheese No sir it doesn’t at most Dunkin’s I’ll never be back so these rude people can relax and won’t have to worry about me ordering a cold nasty sandwich from them ever again.

The young man who helped me today (around 1:30 PM) was clearly new, still learning the system, and a little slower… but honestly? He was one of the sweetest, most genuine humans I’ve come across in a long time. He kept apologizing for the delay, but there was absolutely nothing to apologize for. His kindness, patience, and overall attitude were so refreshing. I was already in a good mood, but he made my day even better. If he keeps that same energy, he’s definitely going places. It’s rare to see customer service like that anymore. I left with a smile because of HIM. Amazing job — I hope he sees this and knows he did great. 💗☕✨
