- OLowen lott6 days ago1.0I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. The employee at the drive-thru window kept rushing us before we could even finish ordering and repeatedly told us to pull forward while we were still trying to make sure the order was correct. When he read the order back, several items were wrong. We tried to politely correct it multiple times, but it felt like he wasn’t really listening. The situation got so confusing that the manager eventually had to come over to try to sort it out, but even after that the order was still messed up. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to get a simple order right. The whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. I hope the staff can slow down a bit, listen to customers, and double-check orders so this doesn’t keep happening to others.

- PJPrincess Jakey-PooJan 28, 20261.0I should print out all of these bad reviews and show these employees how they really look because I had such high hopes for this store because I live right next to it…at first it was fine, they hired a couple of new girls that were wonderful to me, But then I get an employee that always has an attitude And acts like she doesn’t want to be there, which is understandable but no need to show the customers that.
