  Never ordering from this mess of a restaurant ever again. Ordered a burger, potatoe wedges and cheesecake from Uber Eats. The driver said they never rec’d the order when he got there and waited for it. I waited nearly an hour for my food when it was 4 miles away. When I rec’d my order they didn’t even include any napkins or anything and the peppers were still on that I ordered without. They also forgot the cheesecake and the food was lukewarm at best. BWW is a mess of a company and you can never get the same items across different restaurants in the same city. I would stay clear of this dump. Worst experience in a restaurant in a long time.

  We went for a birthday party. The staff was super friendly. They tried to give a great experience with the tools in theory possession. However, the new keg of Modelo Especial was flat. I requested a replacement. Others at my table chose to drink the flat beer. I changed my diet years ago and no longer chose to eat animal products. I chose to order the large appetizer tater tots. They were over cooked and very dry on the outside. The rest of the family ate the wings they ordered said that the chicken was sub standard. My Stella arrived and was also flat. The granddaughter had a kid burger and would only eat a few bites. My wife complained how poorly the food was while driving home. We reminisced of visits passed where the experience was top notch! Sadly, BWW has slipped in the food offerings. We will not be returning. We wish to have the fond memories, not sub-standard new experiences. We are very disappointed and hope that BWW decides to re-invent themselves. Best wishes.

  Came in midday for lunch and was told rudely by a waitress that we "need to give her 15 minutes before she seats us", even though nearly every table was available. Food is mediocre, definitely not how it used to be.

  Walked in and were seated in the corner, then waited about 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. During that time, several employees were standing around talking, which was frustrating, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy. We eventually left after no one checked on us, and no one seemed to notice or care. Very disappointing experience.

  Wont be back here, came here last week Sunday, had Jennifer she was amazing. This Sunday was horrible, had a green hair girl, told her me and my three kids wanted seats outside, she said okay but during me paying I gave her two twenties, and asked her to give me change for the other, lady brings me back 18dollars which is nuts, there was nothing to say to her especially when my tab was only 17bucks, when you see how workers work, you let think think you dont notice and leave a review! Shouldn't steal from people because you want a tip, definitely won't be here again
