I’m so confused about the comments regarding the staff.. I ordered in the drive thru and had a slight wait but the line was steadily moving. The young lady who took my order was very polite and made sure to let me know if I ordered or added something what the up charge would be and verified that was okay before proceeding. They did forget my berry biscuits so I decided to go inside as the drive thru line was long, the woman that helped me inside was also very polite and even acknowledged and made small talk with my two year old. They apologized for the biscuits but every one was aware that I drove off without my biscuits because as soon as I said it, about three other employees said “omg you came back we tried to catch you”. I think people forget they just opened, and are still learning as they go training can only prepare you for so much. They’re going a great job, and the food was also very fresh, and delicious!

I'm saying this as someone from, with family in, and who regularly visits NC & Virginia. This is not a bojangles. This place is an absolute atrocity. Corporate should pull this frachisee's contract, fire anyone and everyone in the corporate office that thought this 10% of a bojangles was a good idea, and actually burn the building to the ground just to make sure it's dead. You don't sell Fried Chicken??!? How do they not sell Fried Chicken??!? I'm honestly not even sure what they do sell. They told us the only chicken they had was chicken tenders. They were out of everything else, and didn't sell most traditional bojangles chicken anyways. No sandwiches, no mash, no rounds. And the tenders and biscuits we did get we mediocre. How are you only making only one thing, people are waiting forever, and that one thing, when you get it, tastes old? The employees were stressed and rude, so I'm not even sure which items should've been available but they were out of and which they'd decided to just not carry at this location. I think they're supposed to have chicjen sandwiches, there was an irrate crowd of people who'd apparently put in online orders, some saying it was over an hour past the pickup time, and at least some of that was waiting on sandwiches. Either wanting food or refunds, but nobody could give them either. A few were actually eyeing us up like they might steal our food. To be fair to the employees, they were getting beat up. This is just an unmanaged restaurant running a terrible idea. I'm assuming whatever management is in the dump has already given up, because this ain't going to make it. No support. They were just being abused by angry customers. I didn't even ask about sweet tea or cheerwine, I'm assuming y'all don't carry that either. I was just happy at that point to just get some lukewarm chicken tenders and get away. Seriously, Bojangles, I've been waiting years for a store here. This is dooming your chances. People are already taking. I'm getting made fun of by friends and coworkers for talking about how much i love Bojangles. I didn't think it could be as bad as I've been told. No, it was worse. My wife's litterally angry at me for getting food there. Not only is this store doomed, we'll never get support for any other bojangles either. Get rid of whoever's fault this is, accept your losses and just shutter the place. Then find a franchisee that cares and can run a restaurant, and try again in St Pete or Clearwater again in a year or two.

Well, that is an hour and a half of my life I will never get back. A steady stream of cars went through the drive through while a handful of us waited for more than an hour inside to get our meals. When our order finally came out, several items were missing, including our French fry and the dressing for my salad. My salad also arrived without cucumbers and without cheese. When we went up to ask for the missing items, the staff acted as if we were making it up and asked to see the food. We waited another five minutes just to get one fry. I had to repeat my request for dressing several times before someone finally handed it to me, and then I was told they were out of cucumbers. I had to ask again for the cheese, and once more they wanted to see the salad, as if I would lie about that. It was very clear that the staff was not prepared for the amount of customers, and that reflects directly on management for creating such a poor first impression. The fries were stale and overcooked. The grilled chicken did taste good, but it was nowhere near worth the wait. Too long, did not read: Do not waste your time. The service is bad and the food is mediocre.

Update: I realized I should actually give this one a try before I fault this store. The chicken biscuit, though not as spicy as the cajun fillet at regular stores, was seasoned well. The bo-rounds were perfect. Seasoned rice was good. The tea needs slightly more sweetness. The store is new so I can't fault them on wait times too much right now. But the staff were super nice and wonderful. I still wish this place was like every other bojangles and not just a chicken tender joint. Idk why they thought that would be a good idea. You can have chicken tenders AND bone in chicken. It doesn't have to be one or the other. Also, breakfast should be served all day like the others. I genuinely want this place to succeed because I love Bojangles and miss it so much to where I get it multiple times when I visit home in NC. You're alienating a huge base here because you arent sticking to what you guys do best: cajun fillets and bone in chicken Bring back the cajun fillet Bring back bone in chicken Bring back breakfast all day

I understand this place is new and just getting situated, but the customer service inside the store needs some work . Yesterday I waited my turn in the long drive through line - no problem . I decided to check my order since the last couple times my friends or family went there , at least two items were missing from our orders each time . This time I made sure to check before driving off . Sure enough I was missing the Bo-Berry biscuits that I paid for already . I had to go inside the store to ask for the biscuits . I explained to the front counter girl I was missing the item and she went and told the supervisor . Fast forward 15 minutes and I’m still waiting on a biscuit. There was another associate up front moving like molasses so I asked the front counter girl for a supervisor . That took about another five minutes, and he told me “We’re working on the biscuit for you”. I said well I already waited for this food outside and now I’m waiting again….for biscuits - he basically shrugged with no words . The associate supposedly getting the biscuit the whole time was still moving extremely slow. There were so many associates around I could not understand why any of them, including the supervisor , couldn’t just grab the missing biscuit for me- would have taken seconds . I think they’re going to need lots of customer service training and quality assurance training.
