Bojangles delivers exactly what it promises: bold, Southern-style comfort food done right. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned with just the right amount of kick. Their biscuits are the real standout—buttery, flaky, and clearly made with care, especially the Cajun Filet Biscuit, which hits every time.
It’s not trying to be fancy—and that’s the point. If you want hearty, flavorful food that’s consistent and comforting, Bojangles earns its spot as a go-to favorite.

The staff was pretty overwhelmed at the peak dinner hours. Waited too long to get our order taken or even just ackowledged. They did execute pretty well in the "trenches" to continue putting quality food out. Manager stopped by which always helps. The staff was working hard visually to get through the seemingly very busy time when we walked in.
The person who takes inside taking orders could really help by communicating and being more friendly. Food was freshly made and exactly what was expected in a good way.

Limited menu options which are very similar to many other chicken joints in the area. Pricing competitive to R Caines and the like (pricey for the portions and quality)
I wasnt impressed by the chicken personally. Not even in the top 10 in pinellas county for me.
HOWEVER, the service was phenomenal the whole time which i love to see!
Lastly, in all fairness, i didnt get to try any of their signature berry flavored items, but i doubt theyd bribg it all together enough to raise my opinion.

This isn't your ordinary Bojangles! So disappointed they don't serve breakfast all day and no bone in chicken!!! No ham biscuits and no cajun filet biscuits. That was my first job in NC when I was younger and this "new" concept doesn't compare. I almost want to say, if you are going to do it, do it right but I did enjoy having a small taste of home. The people who work there were rude and I felt like they didn't want to be there. Its about a 30 minute drive for me and Im sorry to say I wont be going out my way to visit again.

Oh my. I wanted to love this place but it unfortunately fell short. Went through the drive thru just after 10:30am. You'd think fries would have been fresh at the start of lunch menu but yikes, they tasted like they were from yesterday and maybe were reheated. I paid for a side of the peach pepper honey. I checked my bag at the window and noticed it wasn't there, and I guess it's my fault for saying "I'm sorry I'm missing my jelly" (said the wrong thing) and was handed three packets of something and tossed it in my bag, again my fault for not looking but since I had never been I thought maybe the peach honey came in packets. But no, I was handed grape jelly. I will say the chicken biscuit, while small, had great flavor, as did the hash browns.
