- YRYanibis Pérez Rodriguez2 days ago1.0Today we drove to the restaurant trusting the posted hours, which indicate closing at 10:00 p.m. We arrived at approximately 9:25 p.m. intending to place an order inside the restaurant, but an employee who was attending the drive-thru saw us arrive and at that moment locked the door to prevent us from entering, while continuing to take orders from the cars. We were even accompanied by a child. I believe that if the posted closing time is 10:00 p.m., it should be respected, because customers go there relying on that information. I am leaving this comment so it can be taken into consideration and not happen to other customers again. I hope this type of situation is reviewed, because it was a disappointing experience.
