  My family and I went through the drive-thru today around 2:30 PM and we were rudely told by Corneshia that we exceeded their timer for being in line for making a decision of what we were going to order and to pull back around. We did so. While my very flustered sister was reading the order my niece sent via text message Corneshia continued to be very rude and rush us which caused my sister to be even more flustered and stammer even more. Corneshia was very rude and barked out her instructions more like a Marine drill sergeant and less like a provider of customer service. I wish I could give this zero stars.

  I came here towards the end of the first week that they opened and had a mediocre experience with the food. I think the workers were great and everything came out fast, but I didn't go back until yesterday at night. We both loved our food and the workers were great just like before. We will definitely be coming back.

  I don’t care what anyone thinks about Bojangles, I absolutely LOVE me some Bo’s! There is nothing more delicious than 2 Cajun Chicken Biscuits (eating 1 is simply unacceptable) and I will enjoy them at any time 24/7! Thank you Bo’s for always being consistent and cooking with love! I was SO happy when they opened up this restaurant in my home town, words cannot describe the joy! Every time I’ve been to this location has been amazing, please keep up the good work, keep smiling, that southern hospitality is much appreciated! You have yourself a customer for life!

  It's genuinely very disappointing to find that this particular Bojangles location doesn't carry bone-in chicken. Honestly, it's quite puzzling to see a Bojangles establishment without offering their signature regular chicken. Given that Bojangles is widely recognized precisely for its regular chicken, it's a real shame to find a place lacking it. There are plenty of other restaurants around here that specialize in chicken tenders, so why not offer the core product? It's a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the hype surrounding Bojangles arrival in Florida. Please bring the regular menu items here.

  Waited in line this morning for breakfast, the line was long, they were busy, no big deal, love to see them busy, means they’ll stay open. Got my breakfast and headed home. When I got home I noticed that 4 plain biscuits were missing so I gave them a call to see if it could just be refunded it was no biggie, things happen. Whoever answered the phone got extremely defensive, rude tone telling me it couldn’t be refunded and that I need to come down there if I wanted anything done. Hopped in the car, drove back down there and waited in the drive thru line AGAIN, got to the call box and explained the situation to the girl who sighed and told me to come up to the window. Waited again for my turn to pull up to the window where the girl told me I was holding up her line of paying customers and that it was more important for her to work through them so she told me to wait on the other side of the building, my patience was running thin by then but I did it anyways. Waited 25 minutes and nobody ever came out. By this time the drive thru line was packed and I wasn’t waiting a third time. This place was WONDERFUL the first few weeks it was open when corporate was there monitoring things since it’s the first location to open down here. But now the staff are rude, the place is unkempt, and clearly service is out the window. If you aren’t going to hold this location to the standards of the other locations in the Carolinas then just shut it down.
