  On Friday, February 20, 2025, my husband and I visited this location for dinner in the late evening. Although we had never been to this particular location before, it was conveniently located on our way home, so we decided to stop. Upon entering and after purchasing our food, we immediately noticed that the dining area was in unacceptable condition. Nearly every table had leftover food and trash on it, and the trash cans near the entrance were overflowing. Had we noticed the condition of the restaurant prior to ordering, we would have chosen to leave and dine elsewhere. While attempting to find a clean table, we observed behavior from staff that was extremely unprofessional. A female employee began clearing tables, at which point a male employee working at the register threw a paper ball at her. Shortly after, she returned to the front counter area where two male employees and another female employee were present, and the group began kicking the paper ball around the floor as if it were a soccer ball. This conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable in a food service environment, particularly while customers were dining. Beyond the lack of professionalism, the situation raised serious sanitation concerns. Employees were handling and kicking what was essentially trash and then returning to food service duties. This is both unsanitary and concerning. I strongly recommend that management review the security footage from that evening, as this behavior should be addressed promptly. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant, combined with the conduct of the staff, reflects poorly on the establishment and warrants immediate review and corrective action. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I hope this matter is investigated thoroughly to ensure higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism moving forward. What a waste of $40.00 spent on this meal!

  Rude service . My kids were not greeted, and they were treated like an annoyance when they asked for help. The servers included but specially the Asian girl at the cashier was rude.

  Twice already I’ve ordered food to go and when I open the food the steak is beyond burned.

  the portion sizes are poor and the people serving have no idea how a Chipotle bowl generally looks. The customer in front of me complained of the same thing and the woman serving us the bowl kept making eye contact with the cashier about that first customer. This made my bowl look like it was served with her eyes cloed.

  What a disappointment every single time I walk into this chipotle. Every time I come to order, they are ALWAYS out of veggies and some type of meat. Not that they are in the process of making the product, apparently they are “out” of the product which if that is true, it’s terrible management on their part. If they see this is a recurring issue, they need to buy more product in order to accommodate for their paying customers especially when I come in on a Saturday at 2pm.
