  Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online, clearly, so there’s no excuse for getting it wrong. I get there and I’m already missing a taco, my nacho & cheese dip (ordered no beans, no pico de gallo), and my mild sauce. I get home, open the bag, and it’s a complete mess — my food was upside down, dripping all over the bag, completely inedible. On top of that, it had pico de gallo anyway, and the chips were stale. The workers were more worried about standing around up front on their phones than actually doing their jobs, and they looked annoyed that I even showed up and interrupted their little hangout. Wasted money, wasted time, and zero effort put into customer service. Won’t be back.

  The oil in the fryer really needs to be changed the last 3 days anything fried has been aweful. Most people there are nice
