  I ordered a double stack with NO ONIONS and I received a double stack with onions and severely cold! Everytime I come to this Wendy’s they disappoint me ! It never used to be this bad before

  I visit this Wendy’s location frequently, and unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been very poor. This morning, the restaurant opened about 10 minutes late because the employee with the key was outside smoking (pictured below). After coming in from smoking, he immediately unlocked the doors and went straight behind the counter to begin assisting customers—without washing his hands. He proceeded to handle orders, money, and beverages, which is concerning from a basic hygiene standpoint. I had to ask whether someone else would be preparing my food. There have been other issues as well. On a recent visit, an employee taking my order repeatedly told me to “just give a ten” instead of providing the actual total. I prefer to pay the exact amount, and it was frustrating that I had to insist on being told the price. It seems the front register is often not working in the mornings, requiring staff to walk to the back register near the drive-thru to complete transactions. While I understand that may be inconvenient for employees, it should not impact the customer experience in this way. These are just a few examples of the ongoing issues I’ve experienced at this location. I hope management takes steps to address both the customer service and operational concerns.

  I’ve been standing at this front counter for 20 minutes no one came. I’m also apart of the management. If the speed is slow fire them. It shouldn’t take this long. 0 stars

  I had 5 min for my lunch break. Ordered a Dave's double with no pickles. Got a cold Dave's Jr with pickles with cold fries.
